Book a clarity call

privacy /ˈprɪv·ə·si/ · n. — what we hold, and what we don't

Privacy, in plain words.

We set nothing on your device until you say yes, and we ask once. Here is the whole picture, written the way we'd want it written for us.

Who we are

Noun is the brand design practice of Meenakshi Kodali. If you want anything on this page actioned, email [email protected] and it will be handled by a person, not a queue.

What we collect, and only when you offer it

If you use the enquiry form: your name, email, brand or product name, which service you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message. We also record which page you first arrived on and, if you came from a campaign link, its source — so we know which work is reaching people.

If you book a clarity call: your name, email and the answers to the booking questions, plus the time you chose. Booking runs on Cal.com, and the call itself happens on Google Meet.

If you message on WhatsApp: your phone number and the conversation, held in WhatsApp itself, which is operated by Meta.

If you just read: nothing that identifies you. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking, and no cookie set by us.

Cookies and what's stored on your device

This site sets no cookies of its own. Not one — not for advertising, not for tracking you across other sites.

Two small things are stored locally in your own browser, and never sent anywhere except as described here:

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a no automatically and never show you the question.

The booking calendar is different. It comes from Cal.com and sets their cookies, so it doesn't load until you press "Show me the calendar". If you'd rather not, WhatsApp or email reach us just as well.

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and you'll be asked again.

Where it goes

Enquiries and bookings are stored in a private Notion database used as the studio's client pipeline. Notion is a US company. Cal.com handles scheduling. Email reaches Meena through Google Workspace. Nobody else has access, and none of it is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Why we're allowed to hold it

Because you asked us to get in touch — that's a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and for anything beyond replying, your consent. You can withdraw it at any time and we'll delete the record.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: deleted within 24 months. Client records: kept while the work is live and for six years afterwards, because tax rules require it. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless the law says otherwise.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or a request that we stop using it. Email [email protected] and you'll have an answer within a few days. If you're in the UK or EU and you think we've handled it badly, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the ICO.

Other people's software on this site

The booking calendar is embedded from Cal.com and loads from their servers when you open the contact page. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security logs. Both have their own privacy policies.
